Leah Gilbert, Attorney at Law

Leah Gilbert focuses her practice in the area of estate planning .  She truly enjoys assisting clients in planning for all stages of life and circumstances.  Leah has experience in designing, implementing and maintaining plans for personal estates, farm and business succession, minimizing estate taxes, avoiding probate and planning for young chidren. 

She received her undergraduate degrees in Financial Economics and Criminal Justice from 

Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, and her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, in St. Paul, MN.  

Leah lives in Waconia, MN, with her husband and three sons, and puppy. 

She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, traveling, skiing, being outdoors and attending sporting and music events.
